At Authentic Ireland Clothing, we are committed to ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
How do I return?

- Enter your order number & relevant details to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Worn, used, or washed items.
- Orders returned outside of our returns period of 14 days.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Any communication after 7 days won't be eligible for faulty/damaged option & will fall under customer wear and tear.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of orders on our returns portal.
Head over and you can initiate a return whether its a different size or different item altogether.

What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
The customer is responsible for getting their order to us, if it is lost in transit Authentic Ireland are not liable or responsible.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
