Shipping Policy for Authentic Ireland Clothing

At Authentic Ireland, we strive to provide our customers with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options. Our goal is to ensure that your purchase arrives at your doorsteps as soon as possible, in the same condition as it left our facility.

 


Domestic Shipping:

All domestic orders (Republic of Ireland + Northern Ireland) are shipped via DPD, and the estimated delivery time is 2-4 Working Days. A flat shipping fee of €9 will be charged. If there are unexpected delays with your order, we will email as soon as possible.

 

 

 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to the United Kingdom & countries inside the EU. The estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary depending on the destination country. UK Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their country.

 

 

 

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting: https://www.dpd.ie/tracking

 

 

 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help@authentic-ireland.ie  We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

UK Customers – Customs Charges, Refusals & Returns

All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

  • You may be contacted by the courier to pay a customs charge before delivery.

  • These customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility.

If you refuse to pay the customs charge, the courier will return the parcel to us.

Once the parcel is returned:

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

  • Return shipping fees and processing costs will also be deducted from your refund

  • If the item is returned damaged or unsellable, we reserve the right to refuse a refund altogether

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by unpaid customs.
